Sweet Potato Baked in Foil
Ingredients

ingredients:

  • 100 g sweet potato
  • 1/2 package shimeji mushrooms
  • 80 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sake
  • 20 g butter 
Step 1

step 1:

Wash the sweet potato and slice it into 1 cm.-wide pieces. Cut off the roots of the shimeji mushrooms. Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and slice the caps.

Mix the soy sauce and sake in a small bowl.

Wrap the shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, sweet potato, soy sauce mixture and the butter in two aluminium foil pieces.

Put the wrapped ingredients in a frying pan and cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
